Upgrade to Regional Referee
CNRA and U.S. Soccer encourages referees who aspire to referee higher level games to upgrade once they feel their referee skills, experience and knowledge of the laws have developed and advanced enough to meet the criteria of managing these more challenging games.
PLEASE NOTE: FITNESS TESTS AND PRACTICAL EVALUATIONS (ASSESSMENTS) ARE GOOD FOR 12 MONTHS. Fitness tests must be completed before requesting assessments.

ASSESSMENTS
If you meet the above Age, Game Experience, and Certification Experience, and feel you are ready for a formal assessment, please follow the steps in the link below. Assessments should only be requested if a Grassroots referee wants to upgrade to a Regional referee, and if a Regional referee wants to re-certify. Referees who are just looking for mentoring should contact their assignor.
All online assessments are completed in CNRA.gameofficials.net and can be accessed by logging into your account and clicking on “After Games”. Others with access to your assessment results are the assessor, the Regional Referee Coordinator, State Director of Assessment, State Referee Administrator and the U.S. Soccer Referee Department.
