CNRA is pleased to welcome Turan Ozdemir to the newly created position of Referee Development Manager. In this role he will help expand our monthly Continuing Education Program offerings to include monthly video and Laws of the Game quizzes, support the implementation of a rapidly growing series of in-person referee development events, and plan and administer all fitness tests.
Turan served as a National Referee for 9 years, where he officiated in all levels of the professional game in the United States. Prior to moving to the US, he officiated in professional leagues in Turkey as well. Having called time on his career in the professional game, Turan begins his transition to serving the game as a coach and administrator with his assumption of this role.
Professionally, as a solutions-oriented professional, Turan serves as the Digital Workplace and Experience Leader for North America for Aon, a global insurance company. He leads a team of information technology engineers and managers based in the US, Canada, Bermuda, Cayman Islands and Barbados, delivering, enabling and implementing IT capabilities for twenty thousand employees.

Con orgullo CNRA presenta a Turan Ozdemir a la nueva posición de gerente de desarrollo de arbitraje.
En esta posición él nos ayudará a expandir nuestro programa mensual de educación continua con videos mensuales y exámenes de las reglas del juego, apoyar la implementación de eventos para el desarrollo de arbitraje, y la planificación y ejecución de pruebas físicas.
Turan sirvió como árbitro nacional durante 9 años y dirigió en todos los niveles profesionales en los Estados Unidos. Antes de mudarse a los Estados Unidos, el también dirigió en las ligas profesionales de Turquía. Habiendo cerrado su carrera profesional en fútbol, Turan comienza su transición para servir el deporte como un entrenador y administrador con la asunción de esta posición.
Profesionalmente, como un profesional enfocado en soluciones, Turan sirve como un líder de experiencia y lugar de trabajo digital de Norte América para Aon, una empresa global de aseguranza.
